You should be able to function effectively in a self directed and creative way with minimal supervision.
As is typical for the position you must have excellent communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, solid team skills, and an ability to learn fast. You will report daily to the European IT Manager and will be directed by the QA Manager in the US.
Initially your role will be system deployment to QA, system testing, and than system deployment to Live. There is potential for progress to system test plan development and contribution at earlier phases in the development process.

wymagania

The position requires and individual with strong development background (specially in a Web environment), analytical abilities and multitasking skills to work in a collaborative environment toward improving the software development lifecycle, and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in quality assurance.Specially, if you are:
-able to find information by doing their own research, sifting through business analysis documentation and exploring applications independently with minimal supervision
-able to ask the right questions without being burdensome (i.e. sensitive to working within constrains of peoples availability)
-able to prioritize issues and approach work in organized, systematic and efficient manner
-able to have attention to detail and will stick it out when things get tedious and mundane as may be expected of Quality assurance (QA) work
-able to mentor and transfer knowledge
-able to collaborate in improving process and methodology
-able to think out of the box
-able to communicate in English language well
