Accountabilities:
- handling and logging all incoming telephones, e-mails, written letters, and fax contacts from customers and independent representatives received in the Call Center
- solving incoming queries directly or ecsalate to the appropriate department within the set procedure to maintain customer satisfaction
- giving information about new products, services, procedures to customers
- registration of all contacts in the computer system to build customer history
- signalize unusual situations fast and address to management
- provide with help and assistance to colleagues as needed |
wymagania |
Required competencies:
- fluency in Polish and French language both written and spoken
- working knowledge of English
- well seen previous experience in a call center environment
- knowledge of telecoms is an advantage
- effective and efficient communication skills
- customer service mindedness
- high level of self-motivation to constantly improve personal performance |
